WIPO User Account is the Username created for example to access TG Template, PLUTO database, UPOV PRISMA and UPOV DL courses.

Do you have a WIPO User Account?

• If yes, go directly to Step 2.
• If no, create WIPO User Account

Step 2:

• Use your WIPO User Account to access the TG Template
