Choosing PLUTO service

You will need a *WIPO User account to access PLUTO and select your preferred service (see below)

To select your preferred service, access your User Profile in PLUTO and select “Manage Subscription”

  • Standard Service
  • Premium Service
  • Free Premium service for eligible officials*

(*Officials from UPOV members and data contributors designated by the UPOV representatives will have access to all the features of the PLUTO database Premium Service in accordance with these terms of use.)

WIPO User Account

  • If you already have a WIPO User account, click here to access PLUTO.
  • If you do not have a WIPO User account, create WIPO User Account and then access PLUTO.
