Contribute to the PLUTO Plant Variety Database

What is PLUTO Contribute?

PLUTO Contribute is a tool designed specifically for data contributors using the UPOV Plant Variety Database (PLUTO). This innovative tool streamlines the process of providing data in a standard format. This ensures consistency and reduces the time spent on data formatting.

One of the standout features of PLUTO Contribute is its ability to return a compliance report for quality checks. This means you can trust that your data meets all necessary requirements. PLUTO Contribute can also propose an adequate UPOV code for validation, ensuring the effective variety denomination check in PLUTO Search afterwards.

Once your data is ready, you can easily upload it to PLUTO Contribute, making it available for search using PLUTO Search. This feature ensures that your data can be accessed and utilized effectively by PVP offices and other stakeholders.

This is the first item’s accordion body. It is shown by default, until the collapse plugin adds the appropriate classes that we use to style each element. These classes control the overall appearance, as well as the showing and hiding via CSS transitions. You can modify any of this with custom CSS or overriding our default variables. It’s also worth noting that just about any HTML can go within the .accordion-body, though the transition does limit overflow.
