Visitors also engaged with WIPO colleagues on how IP considerations can support market expansion, strengthen business competitiveness and help manage risks when entering new markets.

In addition to WIPO’s global IP services, WSO highlighted ASEAN-focused initiatives designed to support IP users across the region.

These included the ASEAN IP Register, which helps users navigate regional IP data and make informed business decisions, and the WIPO-ASEAN Mediation Program (AMP+), which provides support for the mediation of IP and technology disputes in ASEAN.

WSO also shared information on the Foundational Intangible Disclosure (FIND) Program, which helps businesses identify, understand and communicate the value of intangible assets, as well as WIPO resources for entrepreneurs and enterprises seeking to better use IP as part of their business journey.
